PGPD Releases Video of Suspect at Chillum Homicide Scene

Detectives Believe Citizens Have Critical Information in Case

Homicide Unit detectives today released surveillance video of the suspect who shot and killed 36-year-old Hollis Bradford Johnson in Chillum last month. Detectives strongly believe there are citizens who have critical information in this case. Anyone with information is encouraged to call our Crime Solvers line. Tipsters never have to give their name and could be eligible for an up to $25,000 reward.

Johnson was killed in an entryway of his apartment building on Chillum Road on October 27, 2014. The surveillance video shows the suspect approaching the building while the victim unknowingly holds open the door. Seconds later, the suspect shot Johnson and then ran from the building. He sped away in a light-colored, four-door sedan. The car’s windows are tinted and it has halogen headlights.

Detectives do not believe the victim and suspect knew each other.
