Suspect Linked to Two Bank Robbery Cases

Our Robbery Unit detectives are working to identify this suspect who is now linked to two recent cases. On July 31st, the man tried to rob a bank in the 6200 block of Oxon Hill Road in Oxon Hill. He ran off without any cash that day, but detectives believe this same suspect robbed another bank the week before.
July 24, 2015
In this case, the suspect robbed a branch in the 7800 block of Old Branch Avenue in Clinton. On July 24th, he walked in around 4:00 pm and demanded money. Once he grabbed cash, he ran out of the bank. No one was hurt. Detectives are looking into whether he’s also connected to an attempted bank robbery on July 21st in the 10000 block of Indian Head Highway. A cash reward is being offered.
The Regional Investigation Division – Central Region is actively working to find and arrest this suspect. He’s wanted in connection with an armed carjacking on July 26th at Campus Way North and Byward Boulevard in Bowie. The investigation reveals two men approached two victims who were off loading two cars from a vehicle carrier. The suspects approached, one pulled out a gun and they demanded the keys to the two cars. The victims complied. The victims were not hurt. The white BMW in the photo is one of the stolen cars. Detectives are working to identify this suspect who robbed a business in the 7300 block of Landover Road on July 31st at about 10:15 am. The suspect had a gun and demanded cash. Once he had the money, he ran from the business and jumped on a bike parked outside. Call 301-772-4905 with any info on this suspect.
Convenience Store Robbery
Three suspects robbed a convenience store in the 9000 block of Annapolis Road in Lanham. The men walked in around 3:40 am on August 3rd. One of the suspects had a gun and demanded cash. The suspects then ran from the business. If you have information on this robbery, please call 301-772-4905.
