Homicide Unit detectives are working to arrest those responsible for a double
homicide in Capitol Heights early this morning. The victims are 14-year-old
Todd James Webb Jr, of Walker Mill Road in Capitol Heights and 18-year-old
Brian Davis of Quebec Place in Northwest Washington. Preliminarily, detectives
do not believe this was a random incident.
This morning, at about 2:45 am, patrol officers were called to the 6800 block of Walker Mill Road for a shooting. They discovered a total of six shooting victims in the parking lot. Webb and Davis were pronounced dead on the scene. Of the four surviving victims, two remain in the hospital. One of them, an adult male, has life-threatening injuries. The second hospitalized victim is expected to survive. The other two victims have been released from the hospital.

being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
