Wanted for Money Switch Scam and Armed Robbery

The Prince George’s County Police Department is working to identify the above listed suspects in reference to a felony theft in which they stole $9,000 in US Currency from the victim in a money switch scam.

On April 06, 2012, at approximately 2:p.m., the suspects approached the victim at the PNC Bank at 10450 Baltimore Avenue, Beltsville, MD, as the victim exited the bank.  They told the victim they wished to give him money to make a charitable donation, and produced a large amount of US Currency.  They then combined their money with the victim’s, wrapped it up and placed it in the victim’s vehicle.  The suspects and victim then parted ways and left the area.  When the victim checked the package a while later, he found that the suspects had stolen his money by switching the package containing the money with one containing shredded newspaper.  The identity of these suspects is also being sought in an armed robbery investigation that occurred on April 03, 2012 at 12701 Laurel Bowie Road, Laurel, MD.
