The Prince George’s County Police Department along with the Prince George's County Fire Department will be padlocking the Rendezvous Banquet Hall in Beltsville for permit violations related to Use & Occupancy regulations. As a result, the banquet hall was issued $20,000.00 in civil citations and the Department of Environmental Resources (DER) will be issuing three $250.00 civil citations. An assault that occurred at the location posed a danger to the community and was also a contributing factor to its closure.
