Update February 5, 2016: Today detectives arrested and charged 18-year-old twin brothers, Darnell Tyres Bogan and Darshe Tyre Bogan of Darel Drive in Suitland, in the death of Maurice Sinclair.
The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a homicide in Suitland. The victim is19-year-old Maurice Larnell Sinclair of Stanton Road in Southeast Washington. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case.
On February 3, 2016, at about 1:10 pm, patrol officers were called to the 2500 block of Darel Drive for a shooting. When they arrived, they found the victim inside an apartment suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives are working to identify a motive and suspect(s) in this case.
