Detectives Investigate Double Fatal Shooting in Bladensburg

Update December 8, 2022: The victims in Wednesday’s fatal shooting have been identified. The victims are 29-year-old Abdul Bah of no fixed address and 29-year-old Moshood Akinrinsola of Beltsville. Anyone with information on this case is urged to call Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS.

The Homicide Unit is working to identify and arrest the suspect(s) who fatally shot two men Wednesday morning. 

On December 7, 2022, at approximately 3:40 am, officers responded to the 5400 block of Annapolis Road for a collision. Once on scene, officers located both victims inside of an SUV suffering from gunshot wounds. They were pronounced dead on the scene. 

Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and a motive. 

     

If anyone has information relevant to this investigation, they are asked to please call detectives at 301-516-2512. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
