Detectives will concentrate their efforts in the 1600 block of Jutewood Avenue. That’s where, on November 23, at about 7:20pm, patrol officers found Tyson Jerome Barnette suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. Barnette, of Upper Marlboro, was a U.S. Postal Service employee, on duty at the time of the murder.
Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and motive in this case.
There is a combined reward of up to $125,000 available courtesy of the United States Postal Service and Crime Solvers for information leading to an arrest and indictment of the responsible suspect(s).
