Media Advisory: Arrest in Chillum Area Sexual Assaults

The suspect wanted for committing two separate sexual assaults near Belcrest Road is in police custody.  He’s identified as 33 year old Emerito Chicas-Savala of the 8700 block of Arliss Street in Silver Spring.
