Not even police officers are immune from crime. Deputy Chief George Nader unknowingly dropped his newly acquired credit card in a restaurant on Route 1 in Laurel on Friday. Within an hour of that happening, two scrooges had scooped it up and visited four nearby stores, illegally making charges. Deputy Chief Nader had just gotten the new card after his old card was compromised in the Target credit card breach.
If you recognize either one of these credit card fraud
suspects who stole the items in various Laurel stores, please call the PGPD’s
Northern Regional Investigative Division at (301) 699-2601. Please refer to case
number 13-355-1904. Callers wishing to remain anonymous may
call CRIME SOLVERS at 1-866-TIPS (8477) or text “PGPD plus your message” to
