The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit has charged Michael Anthony Fowler, 25, in connection with the murder of Terrell Jerome Brown which occurred Saturday morning in Langley Park, Maryland.
On April 16, 2011 at approximately 9:19 a.m., Patrol Units responded to the 1400 block of Merrimac Drive for a report of an unknown trouble. Upon their arrival, Patrol Units found Brown, 26, of the 2300 block of Carter Avenue in Dunkirk, Maryland suffering from trauma to his body. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Preliminary investigation revealed that Fowler and Brown were involved in a physical altercation, which resulted in Fowler stabbing Brown. Fowler was arrested on scene by Patrol Units without incident.
Fowler, of the 1400 block of Merrimac Drive, is charged with first degree murder and was remanded to the Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Fowler is being held on a no bond status.
