Detectives with our Homicide Unit are investigating the fatal shooting of 26-year-old Ivory Hollis of Washington D.C. Sunday morning. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case. Tipsters will never have to give their name.
On May 22, 2022, at about 2:35 am, patrol officers were called to the 6300 block of New Hampshire Avenue in Takoma Park for a report of a shooting. They discovered Hollis lying unresponsive in a parking lot with gunshot wounds to the body. He was pronounced dead on scene.
Detectives are looking to identify a suspect(s) and a motive
