Homicide Unit detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Sunday. The victim is 32-year-old Brandon Foulks of Suitland. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
On January 18, 2026, at approximately 11:20 am, officers responded to the 3900 block of Suitland Road for a shooting. Once on scene, they located the victim outside suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Preliminarily, this is believed to be a targeted shooting. Detectives are working to determine a motive and identify a suspect(s).
