PGPD District I to Host “Neighborhood Watch Walk” in College Park

Prince George's County, Maryland… The Prince George’s County Police Department’s District I Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) will be having a “Neighborhood Watch Walk” with members of the College Heights Estates community near Wells Parkway and Commander Drive in College Park on Wednesday, June 29, 2011. The walk is designed to continue open communication between the police department and communities and to promote the neighborhood watch programs within the community. During this event, crime prevention pamphlets and safety tips will be offered to community members.
