Homicide Unit detectives are working to arrest the suspect(s) who shot and killed a man Wednesday morning in Fort Washington. The victim is 41-year-old Glenn Weidenbosch of Fort Washington. Preliminarily, detectives do not believe this was a random shooting.
On June 23, 2021, at approximately 1:10 am, patrol officers
responded to the 600 block of Camelot Way for the report of a
shooting. Once on scene, officers located Weidenbosch inside of a home
suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives are working to establish a motive in the case.
