Homicide Unit detectives arrested a husband and wife in connection with a fatal shooting in Adelphi on Tuesday. The suspects are 24-year-old Edgar Garcia Constancia of the 14000 block of Cove Lane in Rockville and 27-year-old Norma Reyes Carbajal, also of the 14000 block of Cove Lane.
