Detectives Investigate Fatal Shooting in District Heights

Detectives with our Homicide Unit are investigating a fatal shooting in District Heights on Wednesday. The victim is 34-year-old Tremayne Crawford of Suitland. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.  

On July 20, 2022, at approximately 10:00 am, patrol officers were called to the 3300 block of Walters Lane for a report of a shooting. Once on scene, officers located the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital where he died a short time later.   

Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and a motive.

Detectives Investigan Tiroteo Fatal que ocurrió en District Heights. 

Detectives de nuestra unidad de homicidios están investigando un tiroteo fatal que ocurrió en District Heights el Miércoles. La víctima es, Tremayne Crawford de 34 años de edad de Suitland. Se ofrece una recompensa de hasta $25,000 dólares por información que conduzca a un arresto y acusación. 

El 30 de Julio, del 2022, aproximadamente a las 10:00 am, oficiales de patrulla respondieron a la cuadra 3300 de la Walters Lane a reporte de tiroteo. Al llegar a la escena, los oficiales encontraron a la víctima sufriendo de herida de bala. La víctima fue trasladada al hospital donde falleció poco tiempo después.
