PGPD Investigating Domestic-Related Fatal Stabbing

 The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit charged a woman in connection with a fatal domestic-related stabbing in Temple Hills. The suspect is 32-year-old Diamond Thomas of Temple Hills. She is charged in the fatal stabbing of her boyfriend, 34-year-old Archie Phillips of Temple Hills.

 On May 4, 2024, at approximately 1:15 pm, officers responded to the 4200 block of 28^th Avenue for a reported stabbing. Patrol officers located the victim inside an apartment suffering from a stab wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The preliminary investigation revealed Thomas fatally stabbed Phillips during an argument.

Thomas is charged with manslaughter and related charges. She is in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
