Prince George’s County Maryland… The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit is investigating the sexual assault of a 10 year-old girl that occurred early this morning in Oxon Hill, Maryland.
On September 26, 2011, at approximately 6:44 a.m., patrol officers responded to the 5400 block of Livingston Terrace in reference to a sexual assault. On scene investigation revealed that the unknown suspect entered through a bedroom window, observed the victim laying in her bed, and sexually assault her. The suspect then fled the scene.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 30 years of age, having a dark complexion and a beard. He was last seen wearing a black scarf covering his head and eyes, a black T-shirt, and black work boots.
Police would like to remind citizens to report any suspicious activity they may observe. If you are not in close proximity to windows and doors, please keep them locked.
