Prince George’s County, Maryland…The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Robbery Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying three suspects wanted in connection with the robbery of a Navy Federal Credit Union in Clinton, Maryland.
On September 20, 2011, at approximately 8:45 a.m., three suspects forced their way into a Navy Federal Credit Union located in the 8800 block of Branch Avenue. Once inside, suspect #1 approached the victim and demanded money from the vault. The victim complied and the suspects fled the scene. Over $100,000.00 has been recovered.
Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 26-27 years of age, 6’2”, 200 lbs, dark complexion, wearing blue jeans, black and green shoes, black mask and gloves.
Suspect #2 is described as black male, 24-25 years of age, 5’4”, 180 lbs, black sweatshirt, dark colored pants, black shoes, black mask and gloves. Suspect #3 is described as are described as black male, 6’0”, medium build, wearing a white long sleeved shirt, blue jeans, black and white shoes, ski mask and black gloves.
Navy Federal Credit Union is offering an additional $5000 reward along with the $1000 Crime Solvers Reward.
Anyone with information about the suspect is urged to call the Callers wishing to remain anonymous may call Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477) or text “PGPD plus your message” to CRIMES (274637) on your cell phone or go to http://www.princegeorgescountymd.gov/police/ and submit a tip online.
