PGPD Arrests Suspect in Domestic-Related Murder

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit charged a suspect in connection with the domestic-related murder of her boyfriend. The suspect is 59-year-old Shelia Robinson of Temple Hills. She is charged with the murder of 67-year-old Antonio Dillard of Temple Hills.

On February 19, 2025, at approximately 11:05 pm, officers responded to a reported shooting in the 2600 block of Keating Street. Officers located Dillard inside of an apartment building suffering from a gunshot wound. He died a short time later at a hospital.
 
The PGPD’s Fugitive Unit arrested Robinson on Monday. She is charged with first and second degree murder. She is in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.

The Prince George’s County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding a missing child. He is identified as 12-year-old Calep Epps Jr. He was last seen in the 9200 block of Eldon Drive in Clinton on February 22, 2025, at approximately 5:00 pm.

Calep is a Black male, 5'4" tall and 105 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and green and white Nike shoes.

Suspect in Custody in Landover Fatal Shooting

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit charged a man in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred Sunday evening. The suspect is 18-year-old Raymond Terry III of Landover. He is charged with the murder of 26-year-old Vincent Fisher III of Landover.

On February 16, 2025, at approximately 6:50 pm, officers responded to the 2000 block of East Marlboro Avenue for the report of a shooting. Once on scene, officers located Fisher inside of a SUV suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The preliminary investigation revealed Terry and Fisher were together in the SUV when the shooting occurred. They were known to each other. The motive for the fatal shooting is under investigation. Terry turned himself into officers at the Landover Division III station a short time after the shooting.

Terry is charged with first and second degree murder and related charges. He is in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit identified and charged two suspects in connection with a fatal shooting in District Heights earlier this month. The suspects are 24-year-old Keyondre Joyner of Washington, DC and 18-year-old Jamiel Collins of Oxon Hill. They are charged with the murder of 20-year-old Tyler Fludd of Hyattsville.

On February 2, 2025, at approximately 5:20 pm, officers responded to a reported shooting in the 5400 block of Silver Hill Road. Officers located Fludd outside suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he died a short time later. 

The preliminary investigation revealed Collins and Fludd were known to each other. Joyner and Collins planned to rob Fludd and Joyner shot Fludd during the robbery.

Joyner and Collins are charged with first-degree murder and related charges. They are both in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.

The Prince George’s County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding a missing woman. She is identified as 86-year-old Miller Ly. She was last seen in the 7500 block of Finns Lane in Hyattsville on February 10, 2025 at approximately 2:30 pm.

Ms. Ly is an Asian female, 5'1" tall and 120 pounds. Last seen wearing a black jacket and gray hat. She is traveling in a white 2003 Toyota Tacoma with Maryland tag 2CD9327.

Two Guns Recovered at Potomac High School

The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating after an 11^th grade student at Potomac High School in Oxon Hill brought two handguns onto school property today. The 19-year-old student is identified as Jamel Curtis of Oxon Hill.

This morning, at approximately 10:45 am, the PGPD was notified that Prince George’s County Schools security personnel recovered the two loaded guns from the student. The guns were located by a metal detector as the student walked into school. He was carrying both weapons in his clothing.

The student is in custody and will be charged with multiple offenses to include handgun on person and dangerous weapon on school property.

Through various investigative techniques, detectives identified Holmes as the shooter and obtained a warrant for his arrest. The preliminary investigation revealed Holmes shot the victim over a dispute the victim had with a third person. That third person is known to the suspect. At this time, it does not appear Holmes knew the victim prior to the shooting. The preliminary investigation also revealed Anbaz conspired with Holmes to hide the gun after the murder. Holmes and Anbaz are in a relationship. 

Holmes is charged with first and second degree murder and other related charges. He is in the custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status. Anbaz is charged with accessory after the fact. This remains an open and active investigation.
