Homicide
Unit detectives are working to identify and arrest the suspect(s) who shot and
killed a man in Suitland on Saturday. The victim is 23-year-old Terrell
Caldwell of Parkway Terrace in Suitland.
On
February 9th, at approximately 10:40 am, patrol officers responded
to the 3400 block of Parkway Terrace for the report of a shooting. The victim
was located inside of an apartment building suffering from gunshot wounds. He
was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives
are working to establish a motive and identify suspect(s). Preliminarily,
detectives do not believe this was a random crime. A reward of up to $25,000 is
being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
