On November 6, 2014, at about 6:35 am, patrol officers were called to the 23000 block of Aquasco Road for a crash involving two vehicles. When they arrived, they found Fulks suffering critical injuries. She was pronounced dead on the scene. The second driver suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries.
