Chief Magaw to Attend Forum on Police-Community Relations
On Friday, Chief Mark Magaw will attend a day long forum focusing on police-community relations. Chief Magaw is proud to be joined at the forum by community leader, Reverend Tony Lee of the Community of Hope African Methodist Episcopal Church in Temple Hills. Chiefs and top commanders from several of the largest police departments across the country will be in attendance, including Los Angeles, Seattle and Philadelphia. Bernice King, the daughter of the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., will also be at the event. The Police Executive Research Forum is hosting the forum that will be held at the Newseum in Washington, DC.
