Bank Robbery Suspect

This suspect robbed a bank in Clinton last Friday. He walked into a branch in the 7800 block of Old Branch Avenue around 4:00 pm and demanded money. Once he grabbed cash, he ran out of the bank. Attempted Bank Robbery Suspect

Our detectives are looking into whether the Clinton bank robbery is linked to an attempted bank robbery in Fort Washington just days earlier. In both cases, the suspect wore a white dust mask. In this case, the suspect walked into the bank in the 10000 block of Indian Head Highway around 10:40 am on July 21^st.  Our detectives believe this suspect intended to steal cash, but he left without any money. Search for Sexual Assault Suspect

We know his name and are now actively searching for him. Detectives just obtained an arrest warrant for 34-year-old Michael Deangelo Harris of the 3300 block of Curtis Drive in Suitland. He’s wanted in connection with a sexual assault in Mitchellville in late April. On April 29th, at about 5:40 am, a man sexually assaulted a woman in the 11000 block of Lake Arbor Way. Our investigation reveals the suspect approached the 19-year-old victim as she was walking and forced her into a nearby field where he sexually assaulted her. He implied he had a gun. During the course of the investigation, Harris was developed as the suspect. He’s charged with first and second degree sexual offense and assault charges. Sexual Assault Suspect

Our Regional Investigation Division – Northern Region – obtained an arrest warrant for 29-year-old Julio Cesar Ramirez-Sarmento. His last known address is the 7400 block of Georgia Avenue in Northwest DC. The investigation reveals he inappropriately touched a young girl in a store in the 5700 block of Riverdale Road on June 12^th around 8:00 pm.
